Binding service for securing loose documents such as your Register of Electors, Council Minutes etc.

Shaw & Sons provide local authorities and other organisations with a secure system for the binding of meeting minutes and other important records. 
For convenient long-term storage of loose documentation (such as your Register of Electors), we are able to fasten individual papers into book format and bind them into a hard-back case.
Our prices start from just £112.00 plus VAT for a single volume meeting the following conditions:

1. The maximum spine width of papers per volume is no greater than 65mm.
2. Loose papers have been supplied in the order in which they are to be bound.
3. Papers have been supplied without staples or paperclips.
4. Each bundle of papers has been securely packed for transport in the sets to be bound.
5. Each bundle has a front sheet detailing the required bookcloth colour and the desired wording to be foiled on either the front or spine.

Please note that the cost to collect one or two parcels is an additional £18.00 + VAT.

We create bespoke books and registers made to customers' exact individual requirements – from initial concept request to the design of page layouts. Upon approval of a proof, we will print, bind and deliver the complete finished book ready for immediate use.
